These Terms and Conditions are written in clear language and were last updated on November 20, 2025.

1. Who we are

Sicó Outdoor Center is a nature and adventure tourism project promoted by the Municipalities of Ansião and Alvaiázere. This website is your digital gateway to more than 1,700 km of trails, events, and sustainable outdoor experiences in the Sicó region.

By browsing the website, you agree to these rules. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

2. How you may use the portal

All texts, maps, and descriptions are supplied by the Sicó Outdoor Center team or by local partners (associations, businesses, and public entities). Despite our efforts to keep everything updated, trails and on-site conditions may change. Always check the situation on the ground before starting your activity.

4. Intellectual property

All content (text, images, videos, graphics) belongs to Sicó Outdoor Center or its respective partners.

  • You may read, share links, or quote small excerpts as long as you reference the source.

  • Any full reproduction or commercial use requires prior written authorization from the rights holders.

5. Experiences, events, and their respective forms

Fact Short explanation
Who organizes it? Each experience or event identifies the responsible partner (e.g., Ultraspirit, which organizes the Sicó Outdoor Festival).
Forms They may be hosted on our portal or redirect you to the partner’s website.
Payments Payments are always completed on the partner’s website, outside the Sicó Outdoor Center portal; security and processing are their responsibility.
No internal purchases The portal does not sell products or services; it only provides information.

Right of withdrawal – If the partner accepts online bookings or registrations, you must check their website for the applicable cancellation period (counted from the moment the purchase is confirmed on the partner’s website). Any refunds are handled exclusively by the partner.

6. Liability

Secure connection (HTTPS) and our commitment to keeping the site online. That access will be continuous or error-free.
Information obtained from reliable local sources. That all data will always be accurate or complete.
Forwarding questions to the organizing partner. Any damages, losses, or incidents resulting from using the website or participating in third-party experiences or events.

You use the portal at your own risk.

We only collect what is necessary in the forms (e.g., name and email for registration).
