Privacy Policy
In summary
| What you should know | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| We collect very little data — name, email, and event registration details. | So we can reply to you, send updates, or confirm your participation. |
| We do not sell data. We only share it with support services (email, registrations) and, when applicable, with organizing partners (e.g., Ultraspirit). | We keep control and require partners to protect your information. |
| You are always in control. You can view, correct, or delete your data. | The GDPR guarantees these rights, and we make them easy to exercise. |
| We use cookies. Some are essential; others (analytics and marketing) only with your consent. | So the site runs smoothly and we know how to improve it. |
| Security first. We encrypt connections, limit access, and host all systems within the EU. | We want your information to stay safe at all times. |
