Privacy Policy

This privacy policy is written in clear language and was last updated on November 20, 2025.

In summary

What you should know Why it matters
We collect very little data — name, email, and event registration details. So we can reply to you, send updates, or confirm your participation.
We do not sell data. We only share it with support services (email, registrations) and, when applicable, with organizing partners (e.g., Ultraspirit). We keep control and require partners to protect your information.
You are always in control. You can view, correct, or delete your data. The GDPR guarantees these rights, and we make them easy to exercise.
We use cookies. Some are essential; others (analytics and marketing) only with your consent. So the site runs smoothly and we know how to improve it.
Security first. We encrypt connections, limit access, and host all systems within the EU. We want your information to stay safe at all times.
